Job Description

Description:Manages operational aspects of the Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) for Aeronautics and the Production Intern program. Primary liaison for Corporate entrance to Aeronautics and all Operational functions (Production, Subcontract Management, and Quality) within Aeronautics to the program participants. Candidate will lead tactical execution of both OLDP and Production intern program work to include engagement with executive team and functional leaders. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Monitors the assessment of project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and program goals and objectives. Insures the development of mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with corporate team, executive team, functional leaders, and program participants.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree from an accredited college

Green Belt Trained

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries.

Demonstrated project management skills.

Business software skills (e.g. MS Office Suite and website applications)

Demonstrated experience with candidate identification and selection.

Executive engagement experience
