Job Description

Description:RMS Talent Acquisition is looking for a lead for entry level and diversity recruitment. This individual will report to the Manage of College Talent Acquisition and Diversity Engagement and support all RMS lines of business (LOBs) and functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, support, and execution of entry level and diversity recruitment and college events for RMS.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience
* Professional experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or related field
* Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external to HR.
* Ability to connect business strategy with ongoing initiatives and tactics.
* Strong project management skills. Experience leading project teams including developing and managing schedules, communication and action plans.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities.
* Effective oral, written and presentation skills.

Desired Skills:

* Proficiency in HR applications and systems, MS Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to apply structured process improvement techniques to improve customer experience and overall efficiency.
* Strong business acumen.
