Job Description

Description:Lockheed Martin MFC F&BO Training & Development / Central Finance teams seeking a highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the successful implementation of ECDP, F&BO training and development initiatives, MFC CSR consolidation tracking and overall functional finance support/requirements. This includes establishing baselines, monitoring expenditures, and analyzing monthly cost reports at a functional level. Additional responsibilities include supporting business case development and implementing scope changes and tracking statistics as the ECDP program progresses. Coordinating development of ECDP Forum topics and administrative responsibilities throughout the implementation of the program. Tasks may include dashboard and webpage maintenance. Will interface with multiple programs.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Finance, Business Operations or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Entry level.

Desired Skills:

* Strong EFS, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PPT skills required.
* Dashboard and webpage development skills preferred.

Self Starter, not awaiting direction to begin.

* Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multi-task, and pay close attention to volumes of data
* Experience working in fast pace environment
* Strong communication and presentation skills and present to all processional levels
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
