Operations Leadership Development (OLDP) graduate Specific Job Description The candidate will: - Lead operational and supply chain activities for Domestic and International Aviation programs. - Responsible for coordinating production schedules and directing manufacturing and test priorities. - Leads the load of program requirements into the MRP system. - Facilitates site level loading with the Manufacturing Product Managers (MPM) in order to help minimize the impact of large schedule fluctuations. - Work with product team members to ensure new program start ups and existing programs meet schedule, cost and quality goals. - Perform MRP output analysis for manufactured product, troubleshooting for MRP errors and assisting others with systems reports, production status and part shortage reporting. - Be responsible for all Aviation material EVMS to include EAC, ETC data and SPI and CPI variance explanations. - Have a vast understanding of EVMS and MRP systems (OHM, Cobra, P2P and SAP).
