The Role:

The Philadelphia office is looking for a highly motivated, organized and enthusiastic individual, who is interested in learning more about the entertainment industry and Accounting. The internship will allow students to gain first-hand, experience in a variety of day-to-day accounting duties.

Areas that you will be learning about:

* Preparing financial reports, customer service, invoices
* Processing new vendor requests
* Wire and check payments and tracking status
* Managing show files
* Day to day to accounting activities -
* Special projects and tasks within the Accounting Department


* Must be an organized, detail oriented and motivated sophomore, junior or senior enrolled in a full time or part time university (this position is unpaid and for college credit ONLY)
* Must be able to work well within deadlines
* Strong computer skills, including Excel
* Coursework in Accounting is strongly encouraged
* Must have a car or have accessible and reliable transportation to Bala Cynwyd, PA
* Must be able and willing to work 2-3 days a week during the hours of 10am to 6pm

This is a non-paid internship, with flexible hours (minimum of 20 per week) to reflect your necessary college credit requirements.
