What you'll be doing and learning:

* Gain an understanding of how deal terms are created and executed
* Assisting in managing database of all owned advertising media assets
* Learn how monthly summary reports are used in a business setting to determine next steps to achieve optimal performance of assets
* Learn to track specific asset performance for individual teams/clients and make recommendations
* Understanding of how to QA placement, tracking codes, links for TM controlled online assets
* Learn to manage creative requests in support of sponsorships and advertising packages
* Inspect layouts and advertising copy and other promotional material for adherence to brand specifications
* Assisting in the development of marketing collateral including the creation of customized media according to the placement schedule
* Learn how teams communicate internally and use those skills to follow up on certain projects

What you need on your resume:

* Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's program at an accredited college or university
* If undergrad, must have junior or senior standing
* Must be eligible for school credit and able to supply a letter stating so from school administrator
* Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week
* High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
* The ability to multi-task efficiently on a daily basis
