The Role:

Product Designers at Ticketmaster help define and drive the gateway for live events. We are looking for dynamic creatives who want to grow their career by creating enterprise products which help our clients make those event happen for millions of fans daily.

You are a design innovator who can successfully communicate ideas to your team, the company and clients. You derive your solutions by blending data, past learning and solid intuition. You figure out how to balance customer needs and business goals and have the projects and experience to prove it. What really excites you is designing simple and elegant solutions that are a joy to use.

What the job is:

* Analyze complex business workflows and system problems and solve them visually, simplifying them along the way.
* Create journeys, flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, etc. to clearly communicate solutions to the team and stakeholders.
* Create user empathy team-wide in order to design and evolve products and solutions.
* Define goals based upon product requirements, business needs, and research.
* Collaborate with product managers and engineers on an agile development team to deliver continuously over the entire product life cycle.
* Inspire innovative thinking amongst teammates and clients.
* Continually learn and communicate emerging technologies and trends.
* Create compelling solutions that move the company forward by delivering high user satisfaction
* Experience designing for different scales and devices
* Rapid Iterative Testing and Evaluation (RITE) processes, including user research and usability testing
* Experience in an agile environment
* Effective communication, presentation and analytic skills
* Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts across an organization

What a qualified candidate should possess:

* 3-5 years of experience designing sophisticated yet friendly mobile and web applications - enterprise level is a big plus


* Excellent IA, UX, UI and Visual Design skills


* Degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction or related field

Expertise in current design tools including Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC and additional prototyping tools


* Front end development knowledge is a plus
