Job Summary:

The Role:

We are seeking an AP Clerk Accountant for the Philadelphia Region, a segment of the Live Nation live music business. Position is a blend of transactional and entry-level Accounting. This person must be a self motivated individual with the ability to multi task.

Responsibilities:

* Review and record manual checks into accounting module. Review entails ensuring all check logs are accurate and all required supporting documents are filed accordingly.
* Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
* Input outgoing wires into the A/P system.
* Complete account reconciliations as assigned by supervisor.
* Prepare and record journal entries.
* Provide audit support as needed, ensure that show files are in compliance with all company policy and procedures
* Provide various monthly management reports and schedules
* Project reconciliations: both month-end project based and special projects
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* College Degree with accounting/finance coursework and/or major preferred
* 2+ years of experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
* Quality problem solving skills
* Quality communication skills
* Oracle experience a plus
* Production experience a plus
* Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
