MAINTENANCE HANDYMAN

Linwood Park Apartments is seeking for an experienced individual to perform the following task.

^{ Responsible for completing basic maintenance repairs inside apartments and common areas of the buildings.
 Repair or replace apartment or public area radiators.
 Handle any building waste or drain line stoppages, including apartment sinks and bathtubs and toilets.
 Upkeep for proper functioning of all laundry room equipment.
 Upkeep for all building entry doors to maintain function (no apartment doors).
 Apartment or building water damage reports
 All building windows repair or replace clips, locks, pivots, balance and pivot guides
 Common area interior and exterior light fixtures
 Intercom systems
 Door access systems
 Repair and replace emergency lighting
 Compactor system and chute doors
 Garage minor repairs and prepare for re-rental
 Apartment lockouts
 Fire reports – assist Fire & Police with access to buildings and apartments
 Available for emergency response.
 Assist in the apartment when is need it}

^{Salary: $22.50 - $23.00 per hour}

^{Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental, Vision.}

^{Schedule: 8 hour shift, Evening shift, Holidays, Monday to Friday, On call, Overnight shift when necessary}

^{Experience, Property management: 2 years (Preferred), Boiler: 2 years (Preferred)}
