Job Description

Liberty Land Management Group Inc. is hiring Ground Maintenance Workers to perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. 2 months experience required. Pays $12.32 per hour. Monday-Friday -7am-4pm.-No overtime. 15 positions. Full-time, temp. work from 04/02/2018 to 12/22/2018 in Pinellas County. Wages paid biweekly (Fridays).

The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law, provide transportation (to and from worksite), all tools, supplies and equipment required at no cost to worker and guarantees work for hours equal to at least 3/4 of the workdays in each 12-week period for the total period of employment. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $12.07 per day during travel to a maximum of $51.00 per day with receipts. Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).
