The Accounts Payable Associate position is responsible for the support of overall day-to-day functions of the AP process in the specific functional area to which the associate is assigned.

This is a temporary 3 month assignment, with a required schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30pm


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

* Maintain and manage paperwork
* Assists in scanning and organizing letters, spreadsheets, reports, invoices, etc
* Assist with processing and mailing of documents
* Identify and resolve issues appropriately
* Ability to be organize and multi task
* Position requires reliable, consistent and punctual attendance
* Assist with project assignments
* Other duties as assigned by supervisor or AP manager


Education and Experience Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate Degree preferred
* Two years office experience
* Prior Accounts Payable processing experience preferred

Additional Requirements:

* Must have strong verbal and written communication and inter-personal skills
* Must demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms
* Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
* Accept constructive feedback

Physical Requirements: This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Account Payable Administrator to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
