LSAC is a nonprofit organization devoted to furthering quality, access, and fairness in law school admission by providing the core products and services that candidates and law schools depend upon in the US and around the world. Each year, LSAC helps over 60,000 law school candidates navigate the admission process, administers the LSAT to over 100,000 world-wide test takers, provides the essential admission software and data relied upon by over 220 member law schools, presents dozens of national forums to help candidates and law schools connect, and supports the nation's prelaw network.

The LSAT is the premier standardized test of critical reasoning skills that are fundamental for success in law school and in a wide range of careers. LSAC also works actively to increase diversity in the legal profession and to promote public understanding of law as part of its focus on building a strong justice pipeline. Test Administration Associate (Seasonal)

The Test Administration Associate is responsible for varied test administration activities including working on special projects and pre and post-test processing activities for the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE). Yearly seasonal assignments will run from January through mid-April and late June through mid-December.

Qualifications include Associates degree preferred; college level course work required. Experience in an office environment required. Experience in a standardized testing environment is desirable. Good telephone and written communication skills; good organizational skills & attention to detail required. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required. Ability to assimilate into a team environment; high level of initiative, and ability to work well independently. Ability to use MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the Internet. Ability to work with various LSAC web-based and homegrown computer applications. Comfortable in an environment of shifting priorities. Must be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines. Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential material in an appropriate and discreet manner. Flexibility to work with staff members in various LSAC offices toward the common goals of LSAC and the Test Administration Group is required. Minimal travel is required. Overtime, especially surrounding each test administration is required.
