Job Description

Position Overview:

The primary responsibility of the Coordinator – Digital Marketing is to support the Digital Marketing and Ecommerce team, assist with content creation and website maintenance, execution of marketing strategy, reporting, and other projects as needed. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian | The Palazzo Casino Resort’s policies, practices, and procedures. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate efforts in digital marketing execution in close collaboration with Digital Marketing teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders in an effort to drive engagement and return on advertising spend.
  • Take and distribute minutes as needed.
  • Schedule, track and communication of company and human resources driven deadlines.
  • Responsible for ensuring that creative process is properly routed to the Venetian Creative team.
  • Review digital creative across all channels to ensure that it is on-brand.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate eCommerce and Paid Media Specialist to ensure that tags are implemented on the website.
  • Assist with weekly and monthly reporting on program KPIs to monitor the success of the digital marketing program and to communicate results to senior leadership.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of business performance metrics and their application and relevance to digital marketing strategies.
  • Actively monitor the results of digital marketing campaigns and assist in creation and distribution of on-going reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and creation of new marketing programs.
  • Support the Digital Marketing team by assisting with Purchasing, Legal and IT requests and various other duties as assigned.
  • Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 21 years of age.
    • Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
    • Bachelor’s Degree with concentration on Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related work experience.
    • 1-2 years digital marketing experience preferred.
    • Proficient in applications such as Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and Power Point.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.
    • Ability to effectively manage and build relationships.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy. 
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
    • Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

    • Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, dust, and cigarette smoke.
