Job Description

Position Overview

The primary responsibility of the Coordinator – Development Projects is to coordinate Corporate Program and business reporting to align with all company strategic initiatives across the corporate development enterprise. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Sands Corp.’s policies, practices, and procedures. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Management of daily administration activities and operations of the Program Management corporate organization. To include; planning, development, production and coordination of CapEx portfolio, strategic dashboards, special projects, senior management presentation decks, monthly executive updates, board presentations, etc..
  • Organize tasks and projects and/or provide direction on activities, tasks or systems in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Arrange timelines to complete tasks and department assignments or projects, and meet the deadlines related to those assignments.
  • Work on coordinating enterprise wide content, critical to the business unit.
  • Monitor and ensure that all corporate reporting formats and meetings across the enterprise are consistent, accurate and timely in distribution.
  • Effectively assist in coordinating all projects reporting to ensure it is complete, accurate, and justifiable and accepted with reasonable levels of revision.
  • Understand the needs of the various stakeholders of the organization, synthesizes and delivers a product that is consistent with market realities.
  • Work in conjunction with all Program management leadership staff.
  • Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • 21 years of age.
  • Proof of authorization to work in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years supporting senior level executives with experience in a high profile design /development firm or similar organization.
  • Hotel / casino / resort / development experience preferred, of successful high-profile oversight – especially in high end / branded integrated resort environments.
  • Proficient in advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
  • Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

  • Ability for prolonged periods of time to walk, stand, stretch, bend and kneel.
  • Work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
  • Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, dust, and cigarette smoke.
