Head of Demand Management, Hampshire - £60,000 plus great benefits

Our client is enjoying a period of continued growth as they embark on exciting transformation programme of work which will support future demands of this multi brand organisation. To support this growth, we are looking for an experienced Head of Demand Management to oversee the framework of the business requirements within our clients 3-5-year business plan looking at new products, services, initiatives etc.

The Demand Management function is a key area in the business as it drives and manages demand through multi-level stakeholder engagement to ensure you gather individual brand requirements and build out a portfolio of change from there, in short you will manage the co-ordination of all the brand ideas and ensure the IT function can support them.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a strategic proactive thinking Demand Manager with a view on the forthcoming opportunities and demands in this ever changing and evolving business, you will need to have a visionary outlook across the wider business from a centralised view to capture all business requirements, have a strong handle on project status based on capacity planning, recruitment levels whilst ensuring the necessary assurance is in place to allow the required reports to be issued.

You will need to possess strong interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders in the business with the ability to challenge the leadership team on what is possible within the budget capabilities, you will also need to be creative on how you deliver in a variety different ways to achieve results.
