About Lanyon, Inc.

Lanyon is the leading provider of content management technology solutions to the travel, transportation and hospitality industries. We believe that our people are the reason we succeed. Their focus and commitment is the intangible connection between our customers and our services. We believe in taking responsibility and maintaining integrity in everything we do. Founded by Nick Lanyon in 1984, in London, England, the history of Lanyon is that of a respected neutral vendor of technology solutions to facilitate content distribution as well as channel management between travel suppliers and the four major GDSs. Through our legacy technology products, Lanyon created industry-wide recognition in the 1990's as an innovator in GDS publishing and productivity applications. Today, successor technology solutions to these legacy technology products as well as offerings based on new technology facilitate the management and distribution of content for travel companies across all channels including each of the primary electronic distribution channels - the GDSs and the Internet. Lanyon is privately held, self-funded and profitable. In addition to our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas, Lanyon operates a global technology, sales and support office in Lanyon Europe, Ltd. from London, England. Our management team includes senior people from major hotel companies and travel management companies. Conservative management since 2001's shocks to the travel industry has led to strong organic growth in the core business and the financial strength to offer, where appropriate, substantial customization of solutions in return for multi-year service contracts.
