Accounts Payable Intern

Job Summary:

The Accounting AP CO-OP will be working closely with the Accounts Payable department, dealing with Process to payable areas relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.

There will also be exposure to other areas such as financial reporting, general accounting, capital projects and month end close and other accounting duties in order to maximize exposure to all areas of accounting.

The CO-OP should currently be in a college accounting program. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required. There will be an abundance of opportunities to learn and grow.


* Assist with monthly close activities, including journal entries, generating statements, and converting data into Excel
* Work with accounts payable for data entry, reviewing accuracy, and follow up with vendors.
* Work with general accounting department to analyze the capital
* Projects and invoices associated with Cap Ex Projects.
* Other duties as assigned


* Currently enrolled in 4 year University.
* Minimum 3.0 overall and 3.0 Accounting GPA.
* Declared Accounting Major.
* Must have completed the following courses
* Financial Accounting
* Intermediate Accounting I
* Intermediate Accounting II


Must be available to work 30-40 hours per week.
