Other responsibilities include providing support for planning and coordinating the administration of computerized databases (including relational databases) to ensure accurate, appropriate, and effective use of data, including database definition, structure, documentation, long-range requirements, report generation and operational guidelines as needed.

You will need a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or physics, preferably with an understanding of microwave and electronics theory. Other qualifications that will enable you to perform successfully in this position include:

* Ability to work in a fast-moving environment under tight schedules and coordinate multiple tasks effectively is required.
* Knowledge of LabView, Access or SQL Server database administration and design as well as report generation is needed.
* Demonstrated programming proficiency using Visual Basic, C or LabView is necessary.
* Must be able to perform technical problem solving and work closely with production personnel.
* Effective verbal and written communications skills are necessary, as well as the ability to train hourly production personnel.

In use on satellites, land-based devices, and airborne platforms that meet the critical needs of our customers, L-3 ETI's products have a proven history of high reliability. Be a part of that heritage by putting your unique skills to work with us as we develop and manufacture some of the most advanced products to be found on - or above - the planet. With your contributions to our success you'll enjoy a competitive salary, excellent benefits, a 9/80 work schedule, and a small-company atmosphere with the backing of a Fortune 500 organization. If you've got what it takes to be L-3, we look forward to hearing from you.
