KPMG is currently seeking a Campus Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources organization.

Responsibilities:

* Manage candidate data entry, applicant tracking system updates and all data requests
* Work closely with Business Unit Leads, Primary Recruiters and Campus Development Managers for all campus and office events
* Coordinate all aspects of candidate events, program participation (invitation, travel/hotel needs and confirmation, expense reimbursement) and work with Events & Meeting Services as needed
* Organize all parts of school events and programs, which include contacting career placement offices, coordinating event food and logistics and name tags
* Coordinate and execute all candidate, intern and KPMG team correspondence, including but not limited to offer letters, training, start date communications, invitations and perform other administrative tasks as needed
* Process event and program invoices, checks and expense reimbursement related to campus recruiting, research and resolve candidate expense reimbursement as well as payroll and bonus issues

Qualifications:

* Minimum two years of related Recruiting, Human Resources, or similar experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
* Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs
* Proficiency of administrative skills at a high and complex level, strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
* Ability to work in a high volume work environment and provide support for remote responsibilities
* Able to work overtime on evenings and weekends and must be available to travel, as needed
