KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Campus Recruiting to join our HR organization.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the Richmond/Norfolk office recruiting efforts for Audit, Tax and Advisory
* Serve as Lead Recruiter at multiple local schools and manage the employee referral process
* Coordinate and execute candidate, intern and KPMG team correspondences
* Manage the entire candidate lifecycle for full time and interns
* Develop and coordinate internal recruiting programs such as internship and externship; Intern program performance review and follow up with professionals to ensure timely completion
* Work on additional special projects, as necessary

Qualifications:

* Minimum five years of total experience; atleast one year with Campus Recruiting experience preferably in a corporate or professional services industry
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
* Ability to work overtime, nights and weekends during peak season
* Ability to travel up to 40 to 50%
