KPMG is currently seeking a Seasonal Associate, Campus Recruiting to join our Human Resources organization.

Responsibilities:

* Lead on-campus recruiting efforts at assigned target schools; Assist in the development and implementation of the firm's university recruiting strategy
* Plan on campus and other school/office events and manage KPMG professionals to ensure the appropriate representation of the practices
* Manage logistics for in office and on-campus interview processes, including scheduling interviews, posting job descriptions and handling all aspects of candidate application and selection process following firm policy
* Initiate and maintain contact with candidates and serve as the key source of information prior to and post offer stage; Respond to candidates and interns by phone and email on issues related to event logistics and other relevant topics
* Coordinate and execute candidate, intern and KPMG team correspondence by phone and email; and perform other administrative tasks as needed
* Participate in assigned projects/taskforces as necessary

Qualifications:

* Minimum one year of related recruiting, human resources, or similar experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
* Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
* Proficient in MS Office Applications; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Ability to travel, work overtime and weekends as needed
