The Role

Key Accountabilities

What you'll do:

* Develop in-depth knowledge of our integrated North America business to provide strategic and tactical marketing support to regional leadership and other key stakeholders
* Support the North American marketing team through a wide variety of activities with a particular focus on digital, but also including PR, branding, thought leadership, social media and events
* Be a marketing partner to the Productized Services team, leveraging both online and offline channels to drive product sales
* Assist in planning and execution of outbound email campaigns
* Create high-quality marketing collateral materials including pitch decks, fact sheets, case studies, brochures, website copy and social media content
* Execute events that enhance Korn Ferry's brand and generate client demand
* Become a "power" user of systems and software that are used to drive marketing programs (e.g., Marketo, Dropbox, Hootsuite, WebEx, Papirfly, website CMS)
* Track metrics and review effectiveness of marketing initiatives

Skills & Experience

What you'll need:

* Bachelor's degree
* Experience in marketing or related field
* Ability to thrive within a global, matrixed marketing organization
* Demonstrated success managing multiple tasks simultaneously and delivering outstanding work under tight deadlines
* Technology-savvy, with keen interest in emerging technologies and all things digital
* Knowledge of email distribution systems (Marketo), website content management programs, and HTML is a plus
* Strong qualitative research and analytical skills, including an understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into actionable information
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
