Our Global Mobility Analyst position is a multi-faceted role. You will relocate talent around the globe to meet current business needs and manage the process from initiation to completion. You will have heavy interaction with transferees at all levels across multiple companies, providing global relocation services, researching, consulting and delivering solutions. This position requires a great deal of phone and face to face interaction with transferees/assignees, HR business partners at all levels and suppliers.

Team Details:

* KBS operates an in-house corporate relocation/mobility program, with all services provided by our internal team except for the home sale program. We move approximately 1,500 employees with in the U.S. and Canada annually; internationally we have over 300 open files worldwide.
* We do not have policies but utilize guidelines in consulting and customization of a relocation to ensure we are making sound economic decisions.
* The team includes Client Service Managers (aka Consultants), Relocation Specialists (aka Coordinators), global payroll and compensation support and accountants.



A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

* Providing program overview to transferees/assignees and acting as their primary point of contact throughout the relocation process
* Initiating relocation services with external third-party suppliers and internal business partners (e.g. benefits, household goods, temporary living, permanent housing, destination services, tax, immigration, etc.)
* Troubleshooting and problem-solving relocation issues as they arise.
* Analyzing risk and opportunities based on individual circumstances and involving appropriate subject matter experts to resolve as necessary.
* Partnering with customer's HR leaders and team members to assist in relocation decision making by providing customized cost/benefit analysis and consultation.
* Partnering with internal team members to connect to customer needs, expectations and challenges and collaborate to create viable solutions.
* Driving transformation in Global Mobility initiatives/projects by pro-actively researching, recommending, and implementing process improvements that improve the customer and transferee experience, as well as internal process efficiencies.



What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum 5 years previous applicable business environment experience
* Experience with MS Office
* This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
* Proven ability to think and act proactively to find creative solutions and to challenge the status quo to drive changes in current processes and practices.
* Proven ability to challenge effectively across all levels of the organization and with external vendors

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:

* HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, relocation, realty, or related experience
* Work experience in a multi-national corporation
* GMS/CRP and/or SHRM certifications
