Job Description

Your role within our Kingdom

If you want to create amazing user experiences and entertainment for millions of players to enjoy on the go, then this is the right internship for you. As a Game Design Intern at King you will learn how we build games and invent new ways to delight our massive audience of players, and take part in it! Together with the team you will take part in: * Game systems design and balancing * Level design and testing * Competitor analysis

Skills to create thrills

You are an avid gamer. You think like the players, and you understand the very fine distinction of what is fun and what is amazingly fun in games. You have critical thinking and analytical skills, and you don't mind changing directions while looking for unique experiences. Other skills include: * An education in Game Design or equivalent * Knowledge in scripting and ability to integrate content into the game * Knowledge in Usability, Interaction Design and UX * Excellent communication and presentation skills * A genuine passion for making casual games

Bonus points

The following would be desirable, but not essential: * Experience designing for both a casual and competitive audience * Experience in fast prototyping * Some experience with user tests * Experience in designing UI and camera controls

About KING

Thermo King's Bronze Program provides you with coverage for interim inspections and preventive maintenance services for 3 years on trailer and 2 years on truck refrigeration units. Bronze Program Includes: Coverage for Interim Inspections and Preventive Maintenance New Trailer and SB Classic units receive 2 Interim Inspections and 1 Preventive Maintenance Service for 3 years up to a maximum of 6,000 hours.
