Customer Development Internship

Job Description

Work Type: Internship Locations: North America Start Dates: June

Summary of Position:

During the 10-week summer program, the intern will have the opportunity to make an impact on his or her customer team through both day-to-day work and a final project. This project will incorporate many of the responsibilities and vital skills necessary to be a successful leader. Following a successful internship, there is a possibility of full-time employment through the Customer Development Associate rotational program.

The Customer Development Intern will gain exposure to the following areas:

* Sales Leadership
* Category Development
* Customer Business Management
* Market Business Analysis
* Customer Marketing
* Finance/Trade Management
* Customer Relations, Logistics, Sales Plan Development
* Shopper Insights
* Retail Execution

Qualifications:

* Current Junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in the field of business with a minimum GPA of 3.0
* Solid knowledge of PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills Leadership experience during college years
* Ability to relocate within the organization
* Strong analytical potential
* Valid driver's license
