Job Description

Kimberly-Clark is currently looking to hire 20 Full-time production operators in Converting, Stock Prep and Tissue Machine assets, located at the Jenks, OK Mill.

Rotating Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts (days/nights) 6am 6:30pm; 6pm 6:30am; Four teams: 2 teams on days; 2 teams on nights Teams rotate every 4 weeks One 48-hour week and one 36-hour week each pay period

Pay Range: $16.29 - $32.67 per hour (with premium rate on Sundays); first pay increase up to $20.55 within first year. Job Description: Operators are responsible for the production and packaging of Kimberly-Clark products and safely operating high speed advanced manufacturing equipment.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities: Demonstrate an active commitment to safety by complying will facility and asset safety rules, carry out job duties in a safe manner. Demonstrate an active commitment to quality by complying with in-process acceptance procedures, adherence to centerline, check list and other asset quality systems. Operate asset equipment to support operating team. Ensure that assigned preventative maintenance and reliability work orders are completed on schedule. Know and comply with operating area housekeeping plan. Provide support to other asset areas as needed. Support team in identifying and correcting issues with equipment and process operation. Provide input to equipment and process improvement initiatives. Ensure that individual progress towards targeted skill set is being made in accordance with training plan. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent One (1) year verifiable working experience. Basic knowledge of computer use, good math skills, basic mechanical aptitude. Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts Understand and comply with safety requirements
