Key Organics Chemistry Innovation Quality Office Manager, Sales & Marketing Person (Full-time +benefits) Salary dependent on experience | Based in Bedford, MA Key Organics Inc. is seeking a Manager for its Bedford, MA-based office and product warehouse. The role would suit a self-starter who is capable of working under minimal supervision, has excellent organizational and communication skills. Aspects of the role include: . Managing US customer enquiries and relating technical questions to scientific personnel at our UK HQ. .Processing orders and new product enquiries from US based customers for our BIONET chemical research compounds. Weighing out chemical samples (in a ventilated fume hood), packaging and dispatch plus association administration. . Undertaking some US-based business development activities for our sales and management teams. Applicants, ideally local and with a good scientific background, should have good IT skills, some experience in dealing with sales and marketing with a pro-active and can-do approach. The focus of the role will be to build-up our US sales activity and increase our market presence, including direct sales. Full training in relation to the role will be provided.
