Job Description

We are looking for a sales professional with a passion for the staffing industry. Someone who is motivated by searching for new business opportunities and loves building relationships in the community.

This is a "roll up your sleeves and get it done" type of position. When you focus on your activity and enthusiastic selling, you will enjoy success including financial rewards. As an Account Executive, you will make sales calls to identify hiring managers who need our assistance. Strong negotiation skills will allow you to think on your feet. You will work hand in hand with your recruiters, who identify the top talent and can place amazing candidates faster than our competition.

As an Account Executive, you will

* Collaborate with all levels of leadership
* Meet sales goals and activity expectations
* Exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions
* Build and maintain business relationships current and prospective customers

Your qualifications

* Experience in business to business sales or relevant Information Technology experience
* Relevant staffing industry experience.
* Solution-oriented with strong sense of urgency
* Solid negotiation and presentation skills
* Ability to develop business, build relationships, and network
* Strong verbal/written communication and social skills
