Job Description

* Act as first point of contact, answer routine questions from employees and route escalated issues to the appropriate person
* Work closely with variety of vendors
* Process all new hire paperwork and enter data in to HRIS
* Schedule new hire orientations
* Maintain organized files and track compliance
* Provide efficient and high quality customer service for all internal and external customer requests
* Execute offer letters and process work visa requests
* Act as assistant to Head of HR
* Contribute to process improvement


* 1+ years of experience in HR, preferably in fast moving startup
* College degree in HR studies or equivalent
* Experience with Zenefits or other HRIS
* Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
