Job Description

Title:

Intern- Assist current Sr. Procurement Specialists and Supervisors with soliciting quotations, technical review meetings, commercial evaluations and kick off meetings - Work closely with Engineering and Project Managers to assist in expediting internal data required for Proposals/Purchase Orders - Participate on status review calls with vendors to ensure on time - Create vendor contact database by Technology and Region - Learn the current role of Logistics: Incoterms 2010 - Assist in creating client shipping documentation (packing lists and proforma invoices) - Learn process of Letter of Credits and other bank documents - Assist in creating Expediting and Purchasing templates.
