We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Specialist. This position will get access to multiple business units through a rotational business program. Responsibilities for Marketing Specialist

* Analyze vendor performance
* Identify areas for process improvements, share with leadership
* Collaborate with sales teams to support account strategies and customer meetings
* Work with external vendors to select ideal merchandise quality and assortment
* Analyze competitive positioning for corporate and product messaging
* Work with product management to understand emerging trends and areas of need, develop product messaging
* Analyze product sales, determine best performing items
* Conduct market research and perform competitive analysis
* Develop content for marketing purposes
* Help to set and attain goals and metrics. Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs

Transferable Skills Needed for Marketing Specialist

* Office software acumen - comfortable with a wide variety of software including, but not limited to Microsoft Suite, Google applications, and relevant databases
* Complex problem solving - identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
* Creativity - develop, design, or create new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions
* Communication - express ideas clearly in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with persons inside and outside the organization
