Report development and analytics.
Project management - planning, execution, and measurement.
Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives.
Job shadowing in other functional areas.

Department Overview:
We are a people strategy team that creates and runs programs to facilitate leadership development, support succession planning and retain KP employees. We also support an early career program for new hires in Marketing Sales & Service Administration.
Intern Project Summary:
Assist with ongoing People Programs work with the opportunity to influence the early career programs in MSSA. Potential project will be to evaluate current program components and determine if the program is meeting the needs of the participants and their perspective managers utilizing human centered design concepts.
Desired Skill Set:
We are looking for someone who is innovative, driven, takes initiative, thoughtful, articulate and is great at thinking outside of the box. Organized with good communication skills (in person, phone, email) is a must. Friendly and outgoing, can make conversation with anyone (conversation driver) but also a good listener. Comfortable with exel, but does not need to be a super user. Tech savy and has a general understanding of industry standards and best practices (for recruitment and onboarding of millennials).
