Essential Functions:
Strong writing and editing skills for a broad range of mediums, including web site articles, newsletters, tool kits, and other forms of internal and external communications to support clients' strategic communications requirements.
Function as communications assistant on programs and projects by researching/collecting data, coordinating project schedules, maintaining project budgets, and numerous e-mail and database distribution lists as necessary to ensure high quality deliverables.
Supports and coordinates, as needed, presentation preparations, including speeches and talking points, researching and analyzing information, planning logistics, graphic presentation and overall coordination.
Researches and updates content for SharePoint and related intranet sites that the SCAL BIO supports or maintains
Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP/SCAL BIO business objective
Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives.
Job shadowing in other functional areas.
