This position offers the opportunity to join our technical team in the building management system's business unit of Johnson Controls and help shape the future of intelligent, automated and connected equipment and systems. If you are excited about using your engineering skills and knowhow to design products and solution to solve complex technical challenges this role could be for you.

Principal Duties:

* Assist in evaluations and vetting of technologies that show promise for use in building controls, security, and fire sytems. This would utilize skills in research and design to identify engineering trade offs, pros/cons, comparative, and competative anaysis.
* Writing up and presenting quantitative and qualitative results and recommendations assocaited with this technolgy vetting.
* Participate regularly in engineering problem solving.
* Provide innovative idea generation in product development, process improvements and refinements, particularly as they apply core capablities of build management systems and subsystems.
* Actively advocate innovation and drive continuous improvement. Drive excellence. Keep self and team current with technology and industry practices.
* Foster an environment that encourages effective working relationships with other functional groups globably.
* Foster an environment of integrity and high ethical standards that aligns with the Johnson Controls Ethics Policy.

Job Qualifications:


* Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering
* Internship in engineering field .
* Good presentation skills written and oral.
* Can understand complex specifications and requirements, and deal with occational ambiguity working to bring clairity.
* Ability to prioritize working on multiple concurrent projects.
* Can do attitude, eager to help teammates in high workflow situations.
