Job Description

Seeking a confident Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant to CEO part time/full time Monday thru Friday.

Duties includes:

• Appointment confirmation calls

• Filing

• Copying and faxing

• Scanning and Emailing

Experience is not needed but a plus. We will train. 

• Must be detailed, oriented and organized.

• Must have computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems.

• Must be able to work as a team as well as independently.

• Must have good work ethics and able to meet deadlines.


• High school Diploma or higher.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills: attention to details.
