As our HR Specialist you will support the SVP, Human Resources and Employee Relations and Recruitment team. You will coordinate employment processes, generate reports utilizing the human resources information system, administer our recognition programs, and assist with onboarding and community building activities. You will interact with colleagues and business leaders, and recruit for select entry level positions. A high level of confidentiality is imperative.

* Must be highly organized, detail oriented, analytical and able to prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectively
* Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with databases is a plus.
* Highly analytical with ideally some project management experience
* Ability to work independently and operate with initiative.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
