What you will do?
* Provides dimensional metrology offline CMM programming and online execution software services in Region 3.
* Participate in DPARs and FGR sessions to understand needs on programming, according with critical programs defined by Customers in Region 3.
* Medium or advance Metrology and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) training and support primarily within Region 3.
* Provide the appropriated tech support on the CMM issues or GD&T complex issues.
What you’ll take?
* Medium or advance Knowledge of drawing and schematic interpretation, product models, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
* Has a good understanding of the Dimensional metrology principles and can independently use the knowledge.
* Knowledge of basic data analysis techniques. (e.g. pareto charts, histograms, pie and bar charts and control plans.)
* Metrology engineering experience, including the use of metrology tools and techniques.
* 4 - 7 years DMIS programming Language experience or similar (PC DMIS, open DMIS , Metrolog).
* University Degree (4 years or equivalent) in an Engineering/Technology discipline, in a Science discipline, in a Math discipline or equivalent experience.
DESIRED:
* Experience in one or more related engineering areas: industrial, production, methods, reliability, design, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, quality.
* 4 - 7 years’ experience on team working virtually.
* At least 4 years of experience developing CMM Programs Experience on operating CMM machines and use of the measurement equipment
