Who we are looking for:

We are looking for interns who can contribute to JobTarget's sales department. Our ideal candidate is a problem-solver, self-driven individual who is flexible, and eager to learn the ins and outs of inside sales.

What you will be exposed to:

As a sales intern, you will have the opportunity to work along-side our VP of Sales and Account Executives and be exposed to a range of sales functions. We have intern opportunities for students who are curious about the sales profession, to students who have been exposed to sales already and are on track to become sales professionals.

Possible responsibilities include:

* Research leads and target accounts
* Evaluate collected research and prepare sale strategy recommendations/conclusions
* Track and record sales data
* Set appointments with key decision-makers
* Email potential clients to initiate the partnership process
* Sit in and potentially lead demo calls alongside Account Executives
* Develop relationships through phone, email, social media and professional networking


* Must be currently enrolled in a College or University (part-time or full-time)
* Must be a Sophomore, Junior or Senior with a minimum GPA of 3.2
* Must posses a strong work ethic and excellent verbal and written skills
* Must be able to take direction but work independently
* Must have a strong desire to learn about the sales industry

Length of Internship:

* Flexible with class schedules, but must be able to work a minimum of 4 hours per day, with a minimum of 12 hours a week
