Job Description

Awesome opportunity with a growing company in the Marietta, GA area. Yo u will be responsible for implementing features that modify the existing software products, and implementing features for products that do not yet exist. This position provides support to other departments within the company and directly to customers.

  • Develop high quality object-oriented code using the .NET framework.
  • Build API's and web services to be consumed by internal and external customers using .NET and RESTful approaches.
  • Create desktop and mobile user interfaces utilizing .NET
  • Develop unit and system tests for code developed by self and others
  • Produce technical specifications and code documentation
  • Design and develop SQL data structures needed to support new development efforts (including keys, indexes, triggers and stored procedures).
  • Perform application performance analysis and tuning
  • Conduct and participate in training sessions
  • Identify and recommend process improvements
  • Accurately estimate level of effort and forecast completion targets

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 6 years developing enterprise class solutions under the Microsoft stack environment
  • Experience in development of distributed, scalable solutions supporting thousands of simultaneous users
  • Experience with software development using Agile methodologies
  • Experience in requirements gathering from project stakeholders
  • BA/BS in Computer Science preferred


  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming using C# or VB.NET. Ability to write maintainable and scalable code along design principles.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft SQL relational databases.
  • Familiarity with advanced design principles, such as service-oriented architecture, domain-driven design, IoC and events.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex defects with debugger and profiler tools.
  • Proficiency with modular development.
  • Proficiency with test-driven and behavior-driven development processes and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft operating system internals. Understanding of Linux security principles and bash Scripting
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence)
  • Familiarity with JetBrains tools
  • Working knowledge of Git based version control systems
