Our client is looking for a CRM Business Analyst who can bring a breadth of skill and knowledge around Customer Experience, Support and Sales Operations to support a fast growing and changing Customer Experience initiative. They act as key liaison between IT and Business Stakeholders, and be the functional lead for a multi-phased CRM implementation. The primary role of the CRM Business Analyst is to ensure that Company business processes and CRM system (MS Dynamics) continue to meet business process owner and stakeholder needs. They will play a key role in architecting and evolving the CRM platform, and will need to understand how the CRM platform functions in the company's application ecosystem. A successful candidate will bring work experience of implementing, administering, configuring and managing the CRM platform to meet business needs and ensure the 24x7 support capabilities are optimized and always available.


  • Design and Architecture
  • The CRM Business Analyst conducts process and functional design activities for all modules and functions related to the CRM Platform
  • Coordinates solution delivery with other technical teams and the business users, recommending optimal enhancements or best practices.
  • Creates functional requirements, develops and tests detailed functional designs and configuration for all enhancement changes made in said system.

Project and Change Management

  • Works with PM to define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and activities
  • Supports and monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, and updating project status using visual project management tools

Drive Quality

  • Support testing efforts, working closely with both development and Business Process Owners to create test cases/scenarios and design adequate testing methodologies

Administration and Support

  • Works internally with IT Development and Applications resources to support the translation of business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Manages the administration and support for the CRM application across all interfaces such as mobile app, mobile web, web/desktop.

Education (Minimum Requirements to perform this job):

Related Experience (Minimum Requirements to perform this job):

  • 5-10 years of work experience, with 3 years of Business Analyst experience or comparable experience in business requirements, functional or business process documentation.
  • Experience working on a CRM (MS Dynamics 365 Online) system implementation, including supporting business process design
  • Experience supporting and administrating MS Dynamics 365 Online
  • Familiarity with SQL and .NET is preferred
  • Strong understanding of integrations and data migration, especially in realm of Dynamics and O365 tools and services
  • An understanding of master data management
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data and metrics


Company is undertaking a multi phased CRM project, during implementation phases the resource will be expected to travel to Tallassee (and on occasion to their office in Canada in Mississauga, ON) approx. to 50% of the time
