POSITION: Project and Process Specialist

This great organization is seeking a Project and Process Specialist to support the Product Management Team in their goal of launching new products and providing process support throughout the life cycle of our product lines. This position will serve as a cross-functional servant leader and bridge-builder within the team and the value chain. We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.


  • Works with the Process Manager, Product Managers and Engineers and other members of our Product Launch Team to create, maintain, coordinate and communicate the project schedules throughout the product launch process
  • Communicates the status of all ongoing projects to the company by producing and providing frequent product launch announcements to the organization
  • Posts Product Launch Details and Required Launch Documentation to our Intranet and Web store
  • Works with the Process Manager, Product Managers and Engineers and members of our Product Launch Team to create, maintain, coordinate and communicate Price Change, Product Change and Pre-Obsolescence project schedules in our Daptiv system
  • Assists the Process Manager with team specific & companywide process procedures and flow charts
  • Serve as Admin for Packaging Specifications and Packaging Guidelines
  • Serve as Admin for the Stock Check Process

To be successful, you should possess most of the following:

  • Requires High School diploma or equivalent. College, Technical School or Continuing Education and/or Business Courses are a plus.
  • Problem Solving Skills required
  • Intermediate-level experience with various software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Microsoft Project experience
  • Previous Project Coordinator experience
  • Experience creating and maintaining procedures
  • Experience creating and maintaining Process Flow Charts
