Tier I Help Desk

Location: Griffin, GA

Direct Hire: $12.50

Our client is an MSP on the Southside of Atlanta. They have two HD and Two onsite engineers with a one floater on staff. Small team that will grow to 7-8 by the end of the year. They have 150 Monthly paying clients south of the city and they have 120 professional service clients that pay per project.

This position will be in house support and will be growing to be the lead of the team. The two in house guys now are about a tier I

They need a level I Help Desk. This is a hardware guy, 1-2 years of experience of fixing laptops, taking apart and re-building, imaging hard drives, setup machines, etc. Knowledgeable with CPU's.

they will get 1-week vacation and 50% of their healthcare covered by company.

Currently they are handling 65% of the tickets in house, they want to get to 85% with this hire. Need to understand the technology and how it works

They use ticket system that goes to Que and the ticket is worked according to the existing SLA.

Culture:
Love Star Wars and they are gamers. They will be asked in the interview if they game.... like hardcore game. Nintendo switch is in office and they have a room for lunch dedicated to gaming. They have game nights once a month. Friday meetings are provided breakfast.

2.5-week vacation and 100% of employee healthcare covered.
