About this role:

* Unloads and unpacks, and confirms counts for incoming intake deliveries.
* Package and prepares printed circuit boards for return to iOC, if applicable
* Receiving and processing of the patch device (de-kitting and verification of patient information in ZioReports.com)
* Patch data upload via Z-trans system
* Patch diary data entry into the Z-trans system
* Upload patch data to Zeus QA tool
* Device and Patient Symptom Diary Storage
* Communicating with Patch Supervisor any potential system or device issues or risk
* Adapt to continuous improvements and changes with a positive attitude
* Follow directions from Lead, Supervisor and/or Management
* Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned work area
* Complete assignments in iRhythm designated training center
* Compete Training as required by Supervisor/Manager
* Maintain accurate records as required in the Quality System
* Adhere to ESD and other workmanship
* Follow and adhere to Work Instruction, SOP and Policies
* Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices
* Other responsibilities as defined by Supervisor/Manager
* Communicate issues to Customer Service as defined in the Intake process.

Schedule Requirements:

* Every Saturday where USPS is providing service- Minimum 4 hours and up to 10 hours
* Holidays - All company Holiday's where USPS is providing service - Minimum 4 hours and up to 10 hours.
* Possible Sundays based on business needs
* Flexible for occasional on call requests

About you:

* Experience working in a medical device manufacturing environment prefered.
* Requires a high school education or equivalent.
* Entry level experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
* Basic MS Outlook software
* Proficiency with 10-key stroke desired but not required
* Ability to read and comprehend English documents such as work instructions, test procedures, and department procedures.
* Read safety rules, instructions in the use and maintenance of shop tools and equipment
* Ability to communicate effectively and present information (verbal, written or electronically) both one on one or in a team environment
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment, supporting the objectives and goals of the organization.
* Time management skills.
* Flexibility in work assignments.
