Junior Financial Analyst

This position will function as part of the North American Corporate Finance team and the Global Service Line team to support the CFO. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with relevant experience working in a corporate finance setting.

Key responsibilities:

* Prepare regularly recurring reports on a weekly and monthly basis
* Support Accounting with coding and processing invoices and purchase orders
* Follow up and allocation of the Global Service Line invoice and Budgets (R&D, T&E)
* Assist with preparation of monthly financial reporting including variance analysis of current period, year-to-date, and against budget
* Ad Hoc reporting and preparation of decks for the Service Line Boards
* Make sure the finance system is accurate and correct it if needed (pipeline, coding of products, etc)

Required Skills

Ideal Candidate has the following Skills and Experience:

* Completed Bachelor's Degree
* 2 years plus experience in corporate finance and/or accounting
* Computer Systems proficiency is necessary and a high competency level with Excel (being able to do VBA Macros) Word & PowerPoint is essential
* The ability to efficiently and effectively analyze large amounts of data
* Focused and proactive with the ability to work independently while contributing to team initiatives
* Strong analytical skills and effective verbal and written communication skills must be demonstrated
* Data savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
