Responsibilities

Support the delivery of high quality, scalable presentations and training materials.

* Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning.
* Administer corporate employee engagement surveys and individual training event surveys.
* Support internal leadership conferences including the annual leadership conference and the annual technician leadership conference.

Required Skills

Educational and Background Requirement

* Undergraduate degree in a business discipline.
* Minimum of 2 - 4 years of progressively responsible experience in a corporate environment with a specialization in organizational development.
* Project Management experience.

* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that enable the individual to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
* Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and maintain confidentiality.

* Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
