Job Description

The qualified intern will work with our Global Training and Development Team to edit existing training collateral. In addition, interns will be given the chance to demonstrate written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Primary responsibilities include updating and maintaining learning content in our document management library

o Edit digital global eLearning courses and step-by-step work instructions.

o Maintain multi-lingual learning resource content.


* Instructional Designer or education degree program related to adult learning.

* Minimum 3.0 GPA and able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week, up to 40 over the summer break.

* Attention to details; ability to execute accurately at a high level without excess supervision.

* Excellent problem solving, organization and time management skills.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills, including AP Style.

* Proficiency in a variety of computer software programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Paint). Knowledge of uPerform is a plus but not required.

* Ability to prioritize/execute to achieve desired company and project goals with diligence and sense of urgency.

* Ability to work with a dynamic team to meet tight deadlines.
