Our Los Angeles office has an immediate opening for an Integrated Marketing Assistant (assistant level) within our digital marketing department. This group handles national marketing for a wide variety of accounts across entertainment and consumer products. This is not a publicity position; this is an account management and execution position in the digital marketing department. Our award-winning digital department is at the forefront of marketing and innovation. Our team is entrepreneurial, nimble, fun, experienced, and fresh.

The Integrated Marketing Assistant's primary role will be to provide administrative support for the entire department. This is the ideal role for someone who has little-to-no marketing experience but is looking to get their first "start" in the business. You need to be well organized, extremely detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will need flawless grammar skills, a great memory, and an instinctive ability to take notes. You will also be the type of person who is ready and eager to learn. This position comes with a one-year commitment in this administrative support role, which includes completing expense reports, calendaring, and other administrative tasks. This person does has the opportunity to grow within the department.

Responsibilities:

Working in collaboration with the integrated marketing team, you will directly support marketing campaigns, participate in team creative sessions, utilize all digital and social media outlets, write copy, and research. You will engage in administrative tasks from setting up calls, calendaring, expense reports, and other similar tasks. You will need to take direction, communicate, manage deadlines, and write. This is an all-around position that requires all-around skills. Our team will help you with everything you need to know.

Requirements:

* Four-year college degree. Experience is preferred, but the right all-star can shine even directly out of college with proven skills.
* Team player with a strong enthusiasm for social media and digital marketing.
* Attention to detail, creative, and entrepreneurial. You will be posting on all social media outlets for clients, and writing copy.
* Deep knowledge of pop culture trends and every social media outlet-not just how they work, but their opportunities, shortcomings, and ways to get around their shortcomings.
* Impeccable writing skills, which includes spelling and grammar.
* Ability to determine production requirements by reviewing creative briefs and considering scheduling factors.
* Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision.
* Interest in human behavior-what propels certain audiences to engage, purchase, attend, etc.
* Creative thinking and new ideas - we want someone who will proactively share their opinions and thoughts, who can help build brands, and participate in team brainstorms, strategy, and ideation.
* Willingness to work overtime during weekdays, weekends, or holidays on occasion.
* Outgoing personality with passion, drive, and ambition.
