Job Description

The Project Manager Intern will work with the Director of Technology on key technical and administrative components of the work. Specifically, he/she will focus on supporting day-to-day coordination, sequencing, planning and follow through on tasks assigned to the team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Lead, support, and/or coordinate with other team members to develop project plans.

2. Work with the Director of Technology and other team members in selecting projects by assessing different options for highest business value based on technical proposals, outcomes expected and timeline constraints.

3. Support the onboarding process for team members.

4. Provide team members with technical direction and actively track the progress towards agreed-upon deliverables, other schedules, and budget.

5. Provide timely technical review of draft deliverables and coordinate with the Director of Technology when issues/challenges arise.

6. Plan and participate in meetings, work sessions, and workshops with team members and stakeholders.

7. Contribute to internal and external project communications including but not limited to presentations and other tools.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Qualifications:

1. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in applied science, development-related field, technology, data science and or other related field.

2. Experience working with teams, and interacting with a variety of stakeholders.

3. Excellent writing and oral communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

1. Software development experience.
