Job Description:

The primary function of the Maintenance Administrative Assistant position is to support the Business Unit Manager, Area Maintenance Managers, Front Line Leaders & hourly maintenance employees.

 

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

 

  • Schedule all hourly vacations, safety meetings, any mandatory meetings.
  • Track all hourly overtime, unscheduled off-time, training, & call response per Labor contract
  • Track 1-1 meetings for hourly and salaried employees and prepare EOM report
  • Maintain crew roster, force crew roster, and call first list
  • Manage & process purchase card statements for department
  • Manage office supplies
  • General office duties
  • Other duties in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement
  • Support salary staff in clerical task, scheduling, tracking data, etc.

     

    Job Qualifications

    Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
  • 5+ years in an administrative/clerical position
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Good computer skills –a must; knowledge in Microsoft Office including, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access Database and Microsoft Outlook

    Preferred

  • Advanced Education in Business Skills.
  • Experience in streamlining existing processes.
  • SAP, Payroll Software, Advanced Excel skills
