Job Description

The Manufacturing Process Information Management (PIM) Analyst II will work with a team to understand and enhance business processes and customer interactions through information technologies.  The IT PIM Analyst will assist in defining business processes and information technology improvement initiatives that will add value to the Global Manufacturing and Corporate Technology organizations.

  • Independently plans and executes enhancements and medium-to-large IT / Mfg. & Technology projects.
  • Works directly with Manufacturing and Technology groups and acts as a business process analysis leader requiring IT and business interaction related to business analysis, technical analysis, scheduling and implementation.
  • Builds trusting relationships with senior managers and directors across the organization including updates to senior leaders on key initiatives.
  • Understands how to work with ITSS, other IT groups and the Mfg. function to accomplish goals.
  • Understands Mfg. business and technology data and how to effectively coordinate the delivery of information technology solutions to the business.
  • Translates partner requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization.
  • Responsible for all phases of the Project Delivery Process (PDP).
  • Provide functional area support as required and recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solution of issues.
  • Conducts training for information technology solutions to business users as required.
  • Interacts with internal partners to better understand capabilities and to exchange valued information.
  • Educates others in the IT organization on the direction of the Mfg. and Technology groups.
  • Inform and review project and evaluation status/results with the Manufacturing PIM Manager.
  • Additional duties as assigned.




Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; or related experience



  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant work experience within IT; Manufacturing experience desired but not required.
  • Experience in designing, building and supporting IT systems including SharePoint.
  • Experience: 5+ years of process development or improvement/sustain experience.
  • Familiarity with multiple IP businesses desired.
  • Proven success in delivering IT-enabled projects with good project management skills.
  • Capable of effectively organizing, measuring and motivating others using project management and business analysis techniques
  • Quickly understands technical concepts with proven ability to convert requirements into appropriate technical solutions to meet business needs.

This position is located in Memphis.  It requires some travel (10%) depending on project assignments.  Also, person filling position must be comfortable working on their own and juggling multiple projects at one time.
